FOR US, CULTIVATING VINES MEANS
CARING FOR A DEEP CONNECTION
WITH THE LAND.
FOR US, CULTIVATING VINES MEANS
CARING FOR A DEEP CONNECTION
WITH THE LAND.
Everything we do stems from a combination of handed-down experience, farming tradition, daily passion and genuine respect for the environment. We practise conscious agriculture, certified by SQNPI (National Integrated Production Quality System), which commits us to minimising the use of pesticides and adopting sustainable practices.
DIFFERENT GEOGRAPHIES,
ONE
APPROACH:
BRINGING THE TRUE SOUL
OF EACH LAND TO THE GLASS.
TRENTINO: our roots
It is here, in the mountains of Trentino, that our family’s agricultural history has its roots. Claudio’s father began cultivating vines in this land, starting a bond that is now being renewed with Rifèm.
The Trentino vineyard is located in a well-ventilated mountainous area, with calcareous soils and a temperate alpine climate that gives the grapes elegance and structure.
Here, the significant temperature variation between day and night favours the aromatic development of the grapes, contributing to the finesse and elegance that characterise our wines.
In these ideal conditions, we cultivate the foundations for our future Trento DOC, a classic method that will be ready in 2027 and will reflect the fresh, precise and vibrant character of these altitudes.
VALPOLICELLA: the land that welcomed us
Today, all Rifèm members live between the city and province of Verona, and their children in particular feel deeply connected to this land: Valpolicella has become their home, their everyday landscape, their horizon for growth.
The vineyards are located in a hilly area, where clayey-calcareous soils, favourable exposure and a temperate microclimate create the ideal conditions for producing Amarone grapes.
Our first wine, already ready, is Amarone Rifèm: austere, deep, capable of expressing all the strength and identity of this generous land.
FRIULI VENEZIA GIULIA: our green expanse
Most of our plots are located in Friuli, an area that has always been suited to quality viticulture.
This is where we grow the grapes for our Prosecco, which will be available in spring 2026.
Although we have our own winery in this region, it is not yet open to visitors: all our attention is focused on agricultural work and the quality of the grapes.
The landscape is flat, with mineral-rich soils and a well-balanced climate between the mountains and the sea, which gives the wines freshness and finesse.
